"service" means the LOOP skybookGA briefing service to which you have subscribed to obtain pre-flight information;
"us" or “we” means the joint suppliers of the service, LOOP Publishing (UK) Ltd Reg. in England 05484805 and BYTRON Ltd Reg. in England 1817829 (LOOP/BYTRON) either alone or together with you, as the context requires;
"working day(s)" means every day of the year except weekends, and English statutory and public holidays;
"you" means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

Use

Your subscription entitles you, as a single user, to access the LOOP skybookGA website. It is intended for use only by registered users i.e. those persons issued with an individual account number and password. You agree that you will not allow others to use your member name, password and/or account and you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account. You are responsible for all uses of your account whether or not actually or expressly authorised by you. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your password and/or account.

Rights

Except as otherwise indicated elsewhere on this Site, you may view, download and print the documents available on this Site subject to the following conditions:

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

1. Agreement

Unless on a free trial offer, we cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full. You may pay by a valid MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Visa Connect, Visa, Switch, or Solo card. 2. Prices

The single user subscription prices for the service are as set out on the website. All prices are in pounds (£) sterling, inclusive of VAT. Prices may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order, but once we have taken your details, the price will remain fixed even if you are on a trial offer.

3. Delivery

When your order has been accepted by us and payment received, you will be notified by email that your account is activated. Your subscription period will begin from the day of issue of this email, whether or not you activate your account on the same day. Your subscription may be for a one month, one quarter or 12 month period and is not refundable if you do not notify us of cancellation within the cancellation period(s) as defined in Clause 4.

4. Your right to cancel

We shall refund your credit card account with any monies debited from it as soon as possible after receiving notice of cancellation from you, and in any case within 30 days of receipt of that notice and your access to the service shall cease with immediate effect.

5. Security

We understand that you may have concerns about security on the internet. Our website uses a secure server that implements secure sockets layer (SSL) technology in our on-line ordering process to protect your payment card information. In the unlikely event of fraudulent or unauthorised use of your payment card by someone else to purchase goods from us on our server we will refund to you any money received by us as a result but only if you have notified your payment card issuer and us by telephoning us on 01652688626 as soon as you became aware of the unauthorised use of your card. Once you have completed your details you may proceed to place your registration. As soon as you click "continue with order" your browser will go into secure mode. PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

These Terms & Conditions are additional to the LOOP skybookGA standard Terms & Conditions as displayed on the website and as amended from time to time.

1. Applying for special offers.

From time to time LOOP skybookGA may offer a free trial period or other promotional activity. To take advantage of any offer you must:
a) place your order using the promotional code
b) supply your name, address, telephone number and payment details for authentication purposes and to help prevent abuse of the service.

2. Prices

Offer prices may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order but once we have taken your payment details, the price is fixed.

3. Subscription period

The minimum subscription period associated with the promotion is that as notified in the promotion.

4. Your right to cancel

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Liability

We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or cause beyond its reasonable control (force majeure). If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
